Wooddale’s roots in Northwest window craft reach back to 1977. The company’s early experience with wood window restoration grew from a local union apprenticeship, where a specialized trade was learned directly from highly experienced craftspeople.
That knowledge grew through decades of restoration, replication and custom fabrication. Today it remains central to how Wooddale approaches an old window, an unusual opening or a detail that cannot be ordered from a standard catalog.

From a single-car garage to a trusted custom shop.
Wooddale Windows began in response to family members and friends repeatedly asking Dale to work on their homes. In 1994, the company started in a single-car garage.
After five years of continuous growth, Wooddale moved to historic Oregon City. The company’s work continued to expand from residential repairs and one-off sash to complete custom windows, entry systems and historically appropriate replication.
